vi: cause while it's not a bad rule, some users perfer to write their stories without pictures.
iii: i feel iii is a bit unnecessary, cause bytes really isn't a big thing here though, unlike ESB where it's an information database, and the size of bytes count, but here, is where users express their creativity through writing stories for other users to enjoy, and so the users here on FSB are more focused on making episodes to their series than they are focusing on how many bytes an Article has.
Tom makes a good point! I agree.
